Our baseline menu is fully plant-based & Whole30 compliant. You can choose any number of weekly meals, then pick your serving sizes. Each meal includes a soup or a side and a main dish. You can then add animal protein options as desired, some extra side dishes and personalize these for each of your family members.

We offer plant based, pescatarian, omnivore, and kids meals. Each meal includes a side dish. Meals are based on Whole30 restrictions and are always gluten-free and organic.
